These terms apply when you use dojito.com, tools.dojito.com, and the digital products, web tools, and content that Dojito ("we", "us") provides. By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We offer custom software services, free and paid web tools, digital products, and content published on our channels. We may change or stop any free tool or content at any time.

2. Purchases

Paid digital products are sold through our reseller and merchant of record (for example Lemon Squeezy). Its terms, refund policy, and tax handling apply to your purchase in addition to these terms. Custom software projects are covered by a separate written agreement.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse our services, interfere with their operation, or try to access them in unauthorized ways.
• Do not use our tools to break the law or infringe other people's rights.

4. AI-generated content

Some of our tools and content are made with the help of AI and are labeled as such where relevant. Output may contain mistakes. Check important information yourself before relying on it.

5. Intellectual property

We or our licensors own the site, tools, and content. When you buy a digital product, you get the license described on its product page. You own the content you enter into our tools.

6. Third-party services

Our services may use or link to third-party platforms such as YouTube, X, and payment providers. Their own terms govern your use of them. Our handling of data from these services is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Free tools and content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

9. Changes

If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
